LEGO EXPERIENCE
DESCRIPTION:
It is a process of meeting and communication, it is gestated under an innovative and deeply experiential environment. The Lego Experience is one of our most requested activities for team building, since through play it allows us to better understand our work environment and the relationships between people, connections and their world. In this way we can generate better possibilities by exploring various scenarios and become aware of the infinite possibilities we have.
METHODOLOGY:
The Lego Experience allows teams to share visions, discuss ideas, identify opportunities, solve problems and generate high levels of Accountability and Engagement within the team, strengthening their trust and integration.
GOALS:
– Improve the performance of a work team.
– Increase trust and connectivity among its members.
– Change their attitudes and support the creation of the new team.
– Address the difficulty in aligning people under a common vision, mission, values and strategic objectives.
– Build various conflict scenarios and test them through simulation in order to mitigate them.
– Improve interdepartmental coordination, between customers and suppliers, between the company and the end customer.
– Develop collaborative work and internal communication.
