Chain Reaction simulates a real life project as the teams have time constraints and limited resources. Using their problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills, teams need to work together effectively in the design phase to create a realistic environment.

The build and test phases require coordination not only between teams, but also different technical skills and project management strategies as the teams face their ultimate challenge. Each component works and connects with the next to create a cascading series of cause and effect.

It is an incredible experience, which takes teams to the highest level of commitment, communication and orientation towards common results.
